Pre-ordered items will be shipped on or shortly after the official release date.

Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within India only.
Domestic delivery takes 3-9 business days, depending on the selected shipping option. If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 days of dispatch, contact us at connect@nowthenn.com
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
Free shipping promotions, if available, will be clearly mentioned on our website.
Delivery times may be affected by peak periods, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Return & Refund
At Now + Thenn, we strive for a seamless shopping experience while promoting mindful consumption. Please review our policy before making a purchase.

Order Cancellation
Cancel within 24 hours of purchase or before dispatch.
Email connect@nowthenn.com for cancellations.

Returns & Exchanges
No returns/exchanges for items below Rs. 2500/-.
Exchange or online credit only (no monetary refunds).
Request returns/exchanges within 4 days of receiving the item.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.
If the exchanged item is of higher value, pay the difference.
If of lower value, receive online credit.
Online credit valid for 30 days.
Return shipping cost is customer’s responsibility.

Non-Returnable Items
Sale items, gift vouchers, or coupon purchases.

Return Process
Approved returns are picked up within 2-3 working days.
Report damaged items within 48 hours with photos.
Refunds are processed as online credit within 7 days.
Shipping costs & reverse shipping fees are non-refundable
